If you regularly use the B2B Portal, you should have received an email asking that you reset your password.

Please check your junk folders if it is not in your inbox, or choose 'reset password' from the login page to reset your password.

What do I do if I have not logged in for over three months?

If you have not used the B2B Portal in over three months, please contact our sales office as we will need to reset your account.
