The Venhill Stainless Braided Brake Hose (without PVC cover)—part of the Powerhose Plus / Quick Build system—is a performance-grade brake line featuring a PTFE (Teflon) inner core and marine grade stainless steel braid. Sold as a bare hose, without the outer PVC sleeve, it allows riders or technicians to build custom-length brake lines using separate Venhill fittings. This hose is ideal for creating lightweight, minimalist hydraulic runs with superior pressure integrity and flexibility.

- Smooth-bore PTFE core: Made from DuPont® Teflon® to resist heat, maintain consistent internal diameter, and improve fluid flow efficiency.
- Precision in-house manufacturing: Each hose undergoes factory pressure testing (up to 1,500 psi regularly, plus random high pressure testing up to 10,000 psi) for quality assurance.
- Bare—no protective jacket included: Supplied without PVC covering to suit customization; however, exposure may require external protection to guard against abrasion.
